Tuna: 1 can (drained of oil)

Tomatoes: 400 grams (chopped)

Colorful peppers: 3

Green coriander: 1 bunch

Hot pepper: ½ teaspoon

Garlic: 2 cloves (chopped)

Salt: a pinch

Black pepper: a pinch

Olives: ¼ cup (pitted)

Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Onion: 1 (chopped)

Step 1

Boil the pasta in water, salt, and oil for 10 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.

Step 3

Add the colored peppers, tomatoes, coriander, olives, and tuna.

Step 4

Season with salt and black pepper, then stir briefly.
