Onion: 1 (large)

Garlic: 5 cloves

Ghee: 3 tablespoons

Tomatoes: 3 (large)

Meat spice: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Salt: 2 teaspoons

Nutmeg: a pinch

Details

Step 1

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into rings and place them in salted water to prevent them from turning black.

Step 2

Slice the onion and garlic into thin slices and season them with pepper, spices, salt, and nutmeg.

Step 3

Get a tray, place half the amount of seasoned onions and garlic, then half the amount of potatoes, then add the meat pieces, then a second layer of potatoes, the remaining onions, and garlic.

Step 4

Cut the tomatoes into rings and place them on top of the seasoned onions and garlic.

Step 5

Put the ghee in the tray, add a little water to prevent the tray from burning, then put it on the heat until it boils.

Step 6

Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes until cooked through, then serve.
