Step 1

Season the chicken with salt, turmeric, mixed spices, black pepper, thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, and crushed garlic.

Step 2

Prepare an oven tray and place the potato slices, onions, and tomatoes in the bottom of the tray, distributing the ingredients evenly.
