Red bell pepper: 1

Broccoli: 1 cup

Mushrooms: 1 cup

Soy sauce: 1/3 cup

Ginger: 2 tablespoons (grated)

Butter: 2 tablespoons

Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons

Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.

Step 2

Add the ginger and onion, and stir-fry until wilted.

Step 3

Add the mushrooms and peppers. Add the colored noodles and broccoli, and stir until combined.

Step 4

Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce, cover the pan, and simmer until the ingredients are cooked.

Step 5
