Flour: 1/3 cup

Cornstarch: 1/4 cup

Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Green onions: 2 stalks (finely chopped)

Onion powder: 2 teaspoons

Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°C, grease a baking sheet with oil and line it with parchment paper, then grease the parchment paper with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Mix the flour with the cornstarch, grated zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, and onion until combined.

Step 3

Add the vegetable oil and salt and stir.

Step 4

Add the vegetable mixture, flour, and cornstarch and stir until the ingredients are combined and form a dough.

Step 5

Shape medium-sized balls and press them with your hand to form round shapes, then place them in the prepared tray.
