Coriander: 1 teaspoon (powdered)

Green coriander: 1 teaspoon (fresh and chopped)

Lemon juice: 4 tablespoons

Vegetable oil: 1 cup

Flour: 1 cup

Step 1

In a bowl, place the fish and season it with cumin, coriander powder, fresh coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, curry powder, and lemon juice.

Step 2

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about an hour and a half until the fish absorbs the marinade.

Take the fish out of the refrigerator and dip it in flour to coat completely.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
