In two pans over heat, melt a tablespoon of butter in each.
Place the salmon in one pan and the spinach in the other.
Season the fish with salt and pepper, and leave it on the heat until it is cooked.
Add a little salt to the spinach, then a little cream.

Meanwhile, the salmon will be cooked through. Remove it from the pan.
