Tomatoes: 4 (chopped)

Yogurt: 1 cup

Garlic: 4 cloves (chopped)

Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons

Salt: a pinch

Black pepper: a pinch

Ginger: 1 teaspoon (grated)

Mixed spices: 1 teaspoon

Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons

Garam masala: 1 tablespoon

Bell pepper: 1 (chopped)

Details

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the onions and sauté until wilted.

Step 2

Add the garlic and bell pepper and stir until wilted, then add the tomatoes.

Season with salt, black pepper, mixed spices, grated ginger, and garam masala, then cover and cook over medium heat until the tomatoes are wilted.
