Minced meat: 500 grams

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Garlic: 1 clove (crushed)

Onion: 1 (chopped)

Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon

Tomatoes: 1 cup (peeled and chopped into small cubes)

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Step 1

Empty some of the eggplant filling and chop it.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the minced meat and stir until browned.

Step 4

Add the tomato paste, chopped eggplant, salt, and pepper, and stir for 10 minutes until the ingredients are cooked.
