Water: 4 cups

Tomatoes: 2 (medium-sized, peeled and chopped)

Chicken broth: 2 cubes

Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons

Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Onions: 5 (small, chopped)

Garlic: 5 cloves (crushed)

Seven spices: a pinch

Coriander: a pinch (ground)

Details

Step 1

Put the beans and water in a medium-sized pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Leave the beans on low heat for an hour until they are cooked.

Step 3

Add the tomatoes and 2 Chicken stock cube and tomato paste.

Step 4

Leave the soup on the heat for a few minutes.

Step 5

Heat the oil in a medium-sized saucepan and fry the onions for 4 minutes until browned. Then add the garlic and pour the mixture over the beans. Let the soup simmer for 15 minutes, then add the spices and stir well.
