Potatoes: 2 (peeled and sliced)

Meatballs: 1 kg

Chicken broth: 1 cup

Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice: 1 cup

Dried mint: 1 teaspoon

Garlic: 4 cloves (sliced)

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Green chili pepper: 1 pod

Details

Step 1

Put olive oil in a baking dish, and arrange the tomato slices, potatoes, and kofta pieces.

Step 2

Mix the chicken broth with the tomato sauce, then add the lemon juice, mint, and garlic, and stir until the ingredients are well combined.

Step 3

Season the vegetables and kofta with salt and black pepper, then pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.

Step 4

Add the chili pepper on top.

Step 5

Cover the tray with foil and place it in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
