Step 1

Mix the flour and semolina well in a bowl.

Step 2

Add the oil, ghee, and yeast, and mix well. Gradually add water as needed until the dough is almost soft or runny.

Step 3

Cover the dough and let it rest for a while.

Step 4

Put the dough in a pastry bag, then squeeze it into a frying pan with hot oil to make the Balah al-Sham, and fry until golden brown.

Step 5

Remove it from the oil directly into the syrup and let it rest for a while, then drain and place it in a serving dish.
