Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, walnuts, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the vanilla and almond milk, then add the mixture to the flour mixture.

Step 4

Add the blueberry cup and stir gently until combined.

Spread the mixture into cupcake cases lined with paper and bake for 30–40 minutes, or until cooked through.
